This explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is short because we do not collect much and we do not do anything clever with it. Effective September 2026.

The estimate form asks for your name, your phone number, your email address if you choose to give one, the address of the property, the town it is in, what you need doing, how soon you want it done, and whatever you write in the message box.

We use that to call you back, to work out what we are coming to look at, and to book the visit. That is the whole purpose of it. There is no photo upload on the form, so we are not collecting images of your property either.

If you tick the consent box, you are agreeing that Willamette Landscaping & Tree Services can call or text you about your request. We use it to reach you about your enquiry, your estimate and your job, and for nothing else. We do not send marketing blasts.

Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you, and that takes effect straight away.

We do. Beyond that, the information sits in the ordinary tools we use to run the business, such as our email provider and the software that handles messages and scheduling. Those providers only process it so that we can use it.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anybody else for their own marketing.

We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we have a reason to, which in practice means for our own record of work done and for the ordinary business and tax reasons any contractor keeps paperwork. If you would rather we deleted your details, ask us and we will.

This site is built as plain pages and sets no advertising cookies of its own. The only thing loaded from anywhere else is the map on the service area pages, which comes from Google. If your browser blocks it, everything else on the page still works.

If we ever add anything that tracks you across other websites, this page will say so before it goes live.
